Atelier Design Group

New York developers Carmine della Cava and Peter Serpico of Cava Corp. have contracted Atelier Design Group to develop the brand creation and marketing design for Sunset Cove Condominiums. The waterfront community located in Spencer Estates on the Eastchester Bay is just a 15-minute commute to Manhattan. The condos, which feature private boat slips among other luxuries, are expected to go on the market this spring.
